This adventure features 2 of our most popular courses, Intro to Rappelling and Waterfall Rappelling in one exhilarating adventure tour in NC! Most people only get to experience waterfalls from either above, below or from afar. NC Outdoor Adventures brings you the chance to experience a waterfall from within. Guests get multiple opportunities to rappel the falls due to our small group sizes!
During this trip you will rappel Big Bradley Falls located about 30 minutes south of Asheville in beautiful Saluda, NC. This 180-foot waterfall rappel offers a high adventure rappelling and Canyoneering experience for guests of all skill levels.
Before rappelling at Big Bradley Falls, all participants will undergo a rappelling instruction session with our AMGA/PCGI (American Mountain Guides Association/Professional Climbing Guides Institute) certified guides (approximately 2 hours). During this time participants will review the basics of setting up a rappel, getting in and out of the system, rappelling techniques, and body positioning.
Who:
Anyone who is looking for a big adrenaline rush and is not afraid of heights! Participants should be age16+ and in good physical shape. The trip is strenuous.

When & Where:
Every Sunday at 9:30 AM, April-Oct. Adventure trip meets in Saluda NC where the trip takes place. Details will come via your confirmation email once booked. This is a full day adventure and requires participants to bring lunch.
