What if there is bad weather the day of my trip?
Our trips run rain or shine though safety is our top priority! Your guide will determine if inclement weather necessitates cancellation and email you 24-48 hours before the trip. You will be emailed a couple days before your trip if we see weather might negatively impact our safety.
How do I re-schedule a trip?
Rescheduling must be done with the office via phone or email. If you are on a cancelled trip you are able to re-book ONCE within the same year to ANYTHING we offer!
VERY IMPORTANT: If you do not feel you would be able to reschedule in the event of a cancellation, we suggest you get trip insurance as we DO NOT offer refunds. This is an industry standard! We are NOT affiliated with any trip insurance but you can google your options online for trip insurance companies near you. Keep in mind most trip insurance companies require the trip insurance be purchased a month prior to your trip for 100% coverage.
